We visited Rainbow falls the other night in hopes of spotting a pelicans.

The path leading up from the parking lot is lined with lush green, so pretty! Walking onto the fishing stand you can get a great shot of the whole expanse of the falls

We found not just one pelican but a “herd” of them!   They were quiet relaxed. None were fishing, so maybe they had just had supper. I love to watch them fishing. One head goes down and as it is coming back up the next head will go down; and on and on down the line; like a coria graphed dance.

This one really giving me quite a “LOOK”, I don't think he liked me intruding on their evening relax time.
